This variegated Monstera has long been on my wishlist.

We keep him under a window at the cottage with great light, but nothing direct so as not to burn the leaves. Anything variegated needs light to ensure the variegation comes through on new growth, so pick your spot wisely.

For another source of ‘great viewing’, we keep this Monstera under the wall-mounted TV on the cabinet for some more natural interest.
